Mindful Doodling

Doodle your way to Focus, Stress Release, and Relaxation with guided mindfulness.

Patterns and repetition can help us focus, and support nervous system regulation through rhythmic repetitive action which can help to decrease anxiety. Through the creation of a one-of-a-kind coloring page, you'll be able to find focus, stress relief, and relaxation, helping to calm symptoms of anxiety.

Mindful and Mindless Doodling Sessions

Mindful Doodling – Individual

Feel yourself unwinding while mindfully creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of art. Purposely not focusing on perfection. 

60-minute session,  Online and In Person

Included:

• Learning coping skills for anxiety, focus, relaxation

• A unique coloring page for even more relaxation

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Mindless Doodling – Group

Perfect for parties! Take time to unwind and have fun with others while creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of art while letting your mind wander. Purposely not focusing on perfection. 

60-minute session, Online and In Person

Included:

• Focus, stress-relief and relaxation skills

• A unique coloring page for even more relaxation

What to expect during the session

Step-by-step guidance

There's a method to the madness... and you'll be guided through it as you create a beautiful piece of art that you can use as a coloring page to relieve anxiety, enhance your focus, release stress, and promote relaxation. 

Materials used

For in-person sessions, you'll be presented with:

  • a square piece of card stock paper
  • permanent markers. 
  • Just bring yourself and your intuition.


For online sessions, the above materials are recommended, but you can use whatever materials you have on hand.
